Ross Baisas – He was born and raised in the Philippines, in the town of great sculptors. He inherited a talent from his father. He currently lives and works in Canada at Casino de Montreal, where he deals with kitchen decorations.
Angelito Baban – American of Filipino descent, multiple winner of the Poznań Ice Festival. He has participated in many significant competitions. He works as a cook and ice sculptor at the Marriott Hotel in Washington, D.C.
