Kengo Akabame – born in Tokyo in 1984, he decided to be a pastry chef when he was in high school. He studied and worked hard and took part in many contests to hit his final target  and become a world champion. Participant and winner of many ice, fruit and confectionery carving competitions all over the world.

 

Hiroaki Kimura – a successful self-taught sculptor, winner of 1st place in the ice carving competition in Alaska (2024) and in Asahikawa (2023).
